Ok, so it's been a week since I posted. That's because there was really not much to talk about. It was Memorial Day weekend. That's cool. I got stood up twice on consecutive nights. Not so cool. My cell phone went kaput. Also not good. Oh, and my Ipod broke too. Yup, 3-for-3 on the bad things happening. But that's ok. Bad things always happen in three's so this weekend should be simply awesome, you know? As in, "Get laid both nights by random chicks" awesome. Anyways, what would a weekend be without a few snapshots of the activities I got around to?
First up is this lovely shot of the skyline from Central Park at 4:50 am on Saturday morning. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, that is the definition of living dangerously. Pitch black almost, with nary a soul in sight. Yet there I am bumbling across the place cause I took the wrong train home and had to switch at 125th and St. Nicholas to get back to 86th and 8th, at which point I found out I'd missed the M86 crosstown and I damn sure wasn't waiting 35 minutes for another one to come by. Good times.
Next up is a shot of [NAME REDACTED]’s nephew. The kid is cute, but he’s a little fat too. Let’s hope he doesn’t end up looking like me when he hits his school years.
Finally is this nifty little shot from the Memorial Day parade. Yes, the Shriners, aka, Old Men in Funny Little Cars. I think the pictures speak for themselves.
That's all for now, stayed tuned for the ode to the Wingman.
